PhoneOps — End-to-End Content Operations

Built and operated a monetized technology content brand with more than 1,000 published videos, approximately 33,000 subscribers and millions of lifetime views.

What was done

  • Independently managed the complete content workflow: research, scripting and filming
  • Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, thumbnails, titles and descriptions
  • Search optimisation and upload scheduling
  • Community engagement and audience management
  • Analytics review and monetization through Google AdSense

Outcome

This experience now informs Ambic Digital's approach to content strategy, production systems and sustainable publishing workflows.

E-commerce

PhoneOps Gear — Marketplace & E-commerce Operations

Created and operated a smartphone-accessories e-commerce experiment across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.

What was done

  • Wholesale sourcing and supplier coordination
  • Product rebranding and listing creation
  • Pricing, product descriptions and search optimisation
  • Order handling and customer interaction across three marketplaces

Outcome

Although the venture remained small, it provided firsthand experience in marketplace execution, product positioning and the operational realities of online selling.
