Founder story
Kailash Rajpurohit, Founder
Kailash's background spans business operations, customer experience, retail, content production and e-commerce. Across these roles, he developed a practical understanding of how businesses work at the ground level — how employees follow process, how customers experience a brand, and where repeated manual work quietly creates delays and confusion.
He built and operated PhoneOps, a monetized technology content brand, independently managing the entire content operation for several years. He also created PhoneOps Gear, a smartphone-accessories e-commerce experiment across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.
More recently, his work has focused on modernizing marketing and internal systems for a jewellery retail business — content workflows, SOP and knowledge systems, document automation and campaign execution. Ambic Digital brings these experiences together, as an independent company.

Built and independently operated a monetized technology content brand: research, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, SEO, analytics and community management, end to end, alone.

Sourced, rebranded and sold smartphone accessories across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho — hands-on experience in marketplace operations and product commerce.

Store-level operations, staff coordination, service quality and daily operational responsibility in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment abroad.

Currently leading marketing and business modernization initiatives for a jewellery retailer — social media rebuilding, AI-assisted content workflows, SOP systems, document and printer automation — while building Ambic Digital as an independent company.
